below are some techniques you may use them or preferably creat your own.
Please remember that where ever a punch is indicated that you may if you
desire substitute another weapon such as knifehand strike, vertical punch,
Hammerfist strike etc., etc.. You have at least 19 weapons from the tip of
your fingers to your elbow. Same

Step back with right foot to form left front stance
